Are you eating enough Fruits & Vegetables? by Susan Gianevsky

Are you eating enough Fruits & Vegetables? by Susan Gianevsky

I have always loved eating fruit and vegetables! The other day I read that the serving size has moved from 5 servings of fruit and vegetables to 8-10.

Wow! I thought, I wonder if there is anyone who can find a way to commit to having this amount of fruit and veggies.

In theory, it sounds great but in practice not as easy and this is why my shift to plant based supplements and dense nutrition is filling in my gaps. Imagine knowing you can supplement with plant based nutrition in a condensed form as a way of adding to your diet. This has been my game changer. I made the shift a few years ago and have never looked back.

Not only is my gut happier, but my skin is also glowing and my energy levels has improved immensely. No longer do I have the 3pm slump. I am extending my focus as I now have focus and alertness that I have never had before. I said to the participants in my masterclass that my eyes are no longer tired and my night vision has improved also.

Are you eating enough fruits

I don’t know about you, but I can manage 3 pieces of fruit and at least 3 different veggies daily however, trying to get 8 to 10 isn’t easy for me. Smoothies are a great way to get your veggies and fruit in, plus adding in some plant based supplements

With our busy lifestyles it is important that we commit to a greener living style to accelerate our health. Eating whole plant food with every meal is key and skipping processed sugars is so important as it can derail your health.

Health supplements

Fruit has enough natural sugars to keep you upbeat and knowing that eating whole fruits and whole vegetables is the way to build a stronger immunity, stronger energy levels, healthier skin, hair and nails too. Imagine switching to plant based living and enjoying all these benefits.

Did you know that you can now have an iron supplement made from curry leaves, acerola plant and broccoli, beets, spinach leaves, asparagus and collard? How great is this? Adding an iron supplement that supports your plant based diet. The other one I love is taking a green omega. An omega oil that is sourced from microalgae, sunflower, rosemary oils. A jam packed nutritional bomb that is a great way to accelerate your health by incorporating oils that enhance your health.

Boost your immunity

Imagine added to this finding a plant based Vitamin D3 a natural way to add  to your plant based living. A high dosed non synthetic Vitamin D that supports Vitamin D levels in the body and boosts your immune system too. This Vitamin D contains Vitashine D3 which is derived from a special oily extract of lichens that are naturally rich in Vitamin D3 and fatty acids. This product also contains mushrooms – shitake, reishi, silver ear fungus, turkey  tale and cordyceps too.

If you haven’t made the shift to plant based supplements I encourage you try the difference. You will never look back as staying health is about eating well but just as important is supplementing well.
